How many people are listed in more than one archive. This page gives counts and nothing else: no name, no list of names, no profile. Counts under 5 are not shown.

How people are matched. The archives have no shared person identifier, so two listings are matched on first and last name, and only when the first name is more than an initial. A strict match also needs a shared institution (the same ROR id) in both archives. A possible match is the same name with no shared institution, which includes every case where one program prints no institution. Common names produce false matches in both tiers, and a person who changed institutions is missed by the strict tier. Heavily OCR'd years are left out.
