Session formats and roles

What kinds of sessions each program printed, and which roles its listings carry.

Only some programs name a session's format (2012, 2016, 2020, 2023 and 2025), and each uses its own words. Roles come from the printed labels: chairs appear only where the program prints them, so a low chair count in 2014 or 2018 is a fact about the program, not the conference.
