Session formats and roles
What kinds of sessions each volume printed, and which roles its listings carry.
Many volumes name a session's format, but each uses its own words, and a format is blank where the volume prints none. Roles come from the printed labels: moderators appear only where the volume prints them, so a low or zero moderator count in 1997 to 2001 or 2004 is a fact about the volume, not the meeting. The 1989 workshops list facilitators as roles and have no presenters.
